1: Base Chakra
Color: Red Element: Earth Location: Base of spine, coccyx
The base Chakra has the heaviest type of energy: survival. How we act in the world, our physical limits, our relationship to money, the families safety, ability to survive and to find peace of mind.
Connected to: Spine, rectum, legs, bones, feet, immune system, reproductive organs and sexual vitality.
Relations to: Smell
Physical: Circulation, blood, legs and feet.
Physical blockages: Constipation, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, sciatica and cold sensations.
Exercises: Stamp with your legs and feet
2: Spleen Chakra
Color: Orange Element: Water Location: Just below the navel
Spleen Chakra brings spontaneity and all forms of desire and lust. It is simply the chakra that has a large appetite for life. The ability to enjoy life, feel free, independent and to live in the moment.
Connected to: reproductive organs, large intestines, lower vertebrae, pelvis, hip, kidneys, appendicitis and the urine bladder.
Relations to: Taste buds
Balance: The ability to get back to normal after a loss, the ability to defend and protect themselves, the ability to make personal decisions. Creativity, passion, sexual energy, authority, feelings towards the family and hope.
Imbalance: Fear, emotional and sexual abuse, dispute, poor self-esteem and hopelessness. Taking life too seriously and guilt.
Physical: Digestion, intestines, kidneys, urethra, sexual potency, adrenaline.
Physical blockage: Lower back pain, menstrual pain and lack of appetite. Pelvic infections, urinary incontinence and infertility. Sexual problems and arthritis.

Color: Yellow Element: Fire Location: The diaphragm
Solar Plexus: This is where all emotions are developed based on sympathy and antipathy. Emotional balance and inner strength, the link between mind and emotions, ambitions, self respect, courage, ethics, strength of character, generosity, personality and self-esteem.
Connected to: Stomach, liver, pancreas, adrenal glands, upper gastrointestinal system and the center of the spine.
Relations to: Visual sense
Balance: resourceful and cooperative, in touch with their natural feelings, Well balanced.
Imbalance: Emotional outburst. Dominance and competition. I want attitude. I am a victim! Manipulative, takes everything personally, unaffected and submission.
Physical: Metabolism
Physical blockage: Gastric ulcers, digestive problems, bad breath, nausea and vomiting. Also inflammations, food allergies and fatigue.
Physical exercise: Dancing wildly with arms and legs.
4: Heart Chakra
Color: Green Element: Air Location: In the middle of the chest
Heart chakra is the center of higher emotions. Universal unconditional love of self and others, unity with nature. The ability to heal, it connects body and spirit. Trust – intimacy. Faithful – unfaithful.
Connecter to: The heart, circulations, ribs, chest, lungs, thyroid gland, arms, shoulders, hands, diaphragm and upper back.
Relations to: Emotions.
Balance: Love and compassion, forgiveness, comes into contact with self, higher consciousness.
Imbalance: Bloating, ego, anger, selfishness, grief, loneliness and that they take more into account. Extreme imbalance; fanaticism and participation in religious sects.
Physical: Heart beat and breathing, chest arms and hands.
Physical Blockages: Breathing problems, asthma, breast tenderness, sweating under the arms and heart vessel diseases. Influenza, blood pressure and balance ability.
Physical exercises: Breathing exercises roll your shoulders, dancing with arms, Thai Chi.
5: Throat Chakra
Color: Turquoise/ Sky Blue
Element: Ether
Location: Throat/ neck region.
Throat chakra is our tool for communication; one can understand others and themselves. Vigor, respect, choice, forgiveness and responsibility. Uniting the heart and intellect.
Connected to: Thymus, thyroid gland, throat, windpipe, esophagus, neck vertebrae, mouth, teeth and jaw. The thymus controls the immune system and the thyroid gland the metabolism.
Relations to: Hearing
Balance: Between the inner and outer, the masculine and feminine world. Creativity and discipline. Stand up for yourself.
Imbalance: Monotony, boredom, no one understands me. Excessive talking with no ability to listen to others.
Physical: The thyroid gland, the voice, ears, hearing, neck and shoulders.
Physical blockages: Sore throat, choking sensations, neck stiffness, asthma, sinus and ear infections.
Physical exercise: Roll your neck and stretching. Use your voice and sing.
6: Third eye chakra
Color: Indigo Blue
Element: Telepathic energy
Location: In the middle of the forehead.
Third eye chakra has to do with awareness, insight and vision. This does not necessarily means just the greater awareness but also ordinarily intelligence and intuition comes underneath this chakra.
Connected to: The brain, head, central nervous system, pituitary gland, eyes and nose.
Relations to: The sixth sense.
Balance: Follow your feelings, understand them and trust in them. Get an overview of any situation and know what is right to do. Spiritual wisdom, experience and memories of the physical body.
Imbalance: No intuition, dogmatic and introverted. Can use alcohol and drugs as escapism, martyr, cold and calculating.
Physical blockages: Visual disturbances like blurred vision and all sorts of hormonal problems.
Physical exercises: Close your eyes and gently massage your face.
7: Crown chakra
Color: White, purple, gold Element: Cosmic energy Location: On the top of your head.
Crown chakra is the chakra that is linked to the ability to greatness in both thought and action. The ability to view a greater pattern in everything. Spirituality and devotion to the universal divine powers. The door to our spiritual and higher self. Ethics- service -moral.
Connected to: This chakra is the gateway to our vitality. Works on the most important system in our bodies as a central nervous system, muscle system and skin. The place where body and spirit interacts.
Relation to: Memory
Balance: I am what I am. You are what you are. We are all one. Selfless, integrity and wisdom.
Imbalance: I am god, psychoses, resigned, cynicism,
Physical: Pineal gland, skin, brain, hormone balance and hair.
Physical blockages: Headaches, epilepsy, fainting, coma and sore muscles.
Physical exercise: Pat yourself all over your body to increase circulation and gently pull your hair from the root.
Order of personal rieki alignment:

Energy healing/ working class -19 February · 19:00 – 22:00Kassie will be teaching a class on how to recognize energy, build up your sensitivity to it, work with it, heal and how to protect yourself from energetic “drains”. Please wear something comfortable and be prepared to do a little work on yourself too.
I have been trained in Traditional Japanese Rieki and found my own way to do things as well. I won’t be teaching a specific type of work, just what I know.
